• Payment is required in full and in advance for the chosen subscription period.
• We accept PayPal, credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency.
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include all applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions are not automatically renewed — you must manually renew before expiry.
• We will send a renewal reminder before your subscription expires.

6. Free Trial

We offer a complimentary 24-hour free trial with full access to all channels and features. No payment details are required for the free trial. The trial is limited to one per person or household. We reserve the right to withdraw trial access at any time and to decline trial requests at our discretion.

7. Device Connections

Your subscription includes a specified number of simultaneous device connections based on your chosen plan. You may install our service on unlimited devices, but only the number of connections in your plan may stream concurrently. Sharing account credentials with individuals outside your household is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicence, or commercially exploit our Services without our prior written authorisation.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to circumvent, hack, or undermine any security measures, access controls, or DRM systems.
• Record, download, capture, or redistribute any content from our Services.
• Share your account credentials, M3U URL, or login details with anyone outside your household.
• Use VPNs, proxies, or other methods to misrepresent your location for the purpose of accessing geo-restricted content.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with our platform.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any remaining subscription period, and, where applicable, legal action.

9. Content Disclaimer

IPTV UK Elite acts as a technical service provider and aggregator. We do not produce, own, or hold rights to the content accessible through our platform. Content availability, channel line-ups, and VOD titles are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific channel, programme, or piece of content. Content is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

10. Service Availability & SLA

We target 99.9% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service provider outages, upstream content source failures, force majeure events, or your own device or network issues. In the event of extended unplanned outages attributable to us, we will offer a proportionate subscription extension at our discretion.

11. Refunds & Cancellation

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your initial payment for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and brand identifiers associated with IPTV UK Elite are our property or licensed to us. You may not use our name, logo, or brand assets without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:

• Share credentials or resell access
• Provide false information during registration
• Engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activity

14. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

You agree that any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
