TiviMate EPG Not Loading? Here is the 2026 Fix

Where Did the Channels Go?

A great IPTV experience relies on a great EPG (Electronic Program Guide). Without it, you're just clicking random channel names. If your TiviMate guide is saying "No Information," here is how to fix it.

The Common Clog

Apps like TiviMate save the guide data to your device's memory. Over time, this file can get corrupted or too large, causing the app to just stop loading it.

The Solution

  • Clear App Cache: Go to your Firestick Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > TiviMate > Clear Cache. (Do NOT click Clear Data or you'll lose your login!).
  • Update EPG Sources: In TiviMate, go to Settings > EPG > EPG Sources. Click on the PrimeStream source and select "Update EPG".
  • Check Your Clock: This sounds ridiculous, but if your Firestick time is wrong, the EPG won't display because the "times" don't match. Set it to automatic!
